In this seminar, we explore the ever changing filed of liquid chromatography. We investigate the middle ground between Nano-LC and UHPLC/HPLC; Micro-LC. We discuss what is Micro-LC and how it changes the playing field, what advantages does it bring to the chromatographer but also why it is not widely used at this time. Based on our findings, we will investigate the creation of a product that is developed around the unique physics of the µLC/LCMS technique. We will discover how the product can resolve the problems of the past without jeopardizing productivity and robustness.
