Dinner Menu (Cantonese cuisine, traditional 10-course banquet style):
Peking duck, Sauteed chicken and shrimp with pine nuts, Seafood in phoenix nest, Supreme seafood tofu soup, Lobsters with ginger and scallion, Braised garden green with mushrooms, Pork chop Pekingese style, Twin flavor rock cod filet (Grouper), Young chow fried rice, Dessert.
(Tea and soda will be served).  Guests can order alcoholic beverages directly from the wait staff (not included in the ticket).  Please inform us on-site about vegetarian meals.
